Mother’s Day Breakfast

Treat mum to breakfast at Brothers this Mother’s Day (Sunday 10th May) between 8:00am – 10:30am.

Breakfast just $25.95 Members ($27.95 Non-Members) and includes Fruit Juice, Tea & Coffee, Continental Station and your choice of Hot Plated Breakfast from the kitchen, plus Lucky Door Prize entry. Kids under 13 $9.95, and kids under 3 free.

– Huevos Rancheros
Grilled tortilla, scrambled eggs, black beans, chorizo, avocado, crumbled feta and Frank’s hot sauce.

– Circa Big Breakfast
Scrambled eggs with bacon, chipolata sausage, baked beans, hash brown & baked roma tomato served with toasted sourdough.

– Waffles
Toasted liege Belgian waffles, vanilla bean ice cream, blueberry compote & pistachio nut crumble & powdered sugar.

– Eggs Benedict
Baked sourdough topped with wilted spinach, smoked salmon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.
