Your Venue Fee includes the following:

• Tables and chairs – set up to your requirements
• Additional tables on request
• White linen table cloths to all tables
• Decorated Christmas tree
• Christmas table centrepieces
• Christmas graphic displayed on projector and TV screens
• Daily room hire for 6-8 hours
• Evening room hire from 6pm until midnight
• All staff charges (excludes table service)
• Cordless microphone and lectern
• Table numbers
• Upon request, we can also supply Christmas bon bons, linen napkins, table runners, easel and dance floor*.
